KIT Solutions TA support has always exceeded contract requirements. Documents and the data system have always been on high quality. They met milestones on or before due dates and often performed miracles when we threw multiple changes at them in a short period of time. KIT went way beyond the call of duty in working with PA on many occasions.  It would require a small chapter to indicate the high standard of the entire operation.  The only change to staff that I have ever dealt with was the addition of new staff.  They truly value their customers and I believe this is why they have continued to grow.

I just wanted to say that I really love the changes in the KIT system.  I just entered the month of August and wow- it was terrific!  Thanks for all you are doing to help us along and for making the changes necessary for my coalition.

The quality of the KIT service exceeds specifications in some cases, e.g. the availability of technical assistance at all time, technical excellence and responsiveness of personnel. All of the deliveries were on time, set to our schedule, and were completed with sufficient time to allow for review, comment, and modifications before the deadline. They have a highly effective, pro-business focused on state needs. Communication is always open and keeps state advised of new products.

This training was really helpful for our staff.  Thanks for taking time to do this step-by-step KIT overview with the Richland County Recreation Commission staff.  We really appreciate the patience, support and assistance!  The way that KIT set up their training materials and agenda was really nice for the users that were not familiar with the KIT system, or even the use of computers.  I will definitely have any of my staff members who forget, or any new staff members that come on board go through training with the wonderful KIT employees.  I am sure we will be in touch again soon.  Thanks!

This is good work.  You completed it the same day and addressed Susan's request.  Adding the demographics enriched the report and gave Susan and her group a good start on looking for patterns.  Good thinking - in prevention as well as data use.

The multimedia videos are fantastic!  They are user friendly and will make it SO much easier to train new staff who have to get up to speed or as refreshers for existing staff who have forgotten over the summer how to enter data.

Thank you very much for all the work on the Performance Measures Report. It is great and gives me what I wanted.  I am especially pleased that you incorporated the non-Workplan Single Service Activities in the report.  The direct service staff here works very hard to provide these services which we are not always able to predict, and now they are visible for everyone to see. I cannot stress how valuable this report is to us here at The Center. The Performance Report tells us at a glance how we are doing on our Workplan activities.  I missed it greatly when it was not available. KIT Solutions has always been responsive to my requests for assistance, and I appreciate your effort.

We have been very pleased with the Performance-Based Prevention System of KIT Solutions and the support that they give. Florida has been using this system since 2002.

I have worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Health for 34 years (doing mostly surveillance and evaluation-related work), and KIT Solutions, by far, is the BEST overall contractor that I have ever worked with.

After attending several sessions about data systems and MDS at several national conferences, we felt that the KIT system was the best. Specifically, we were impressed with the integration of CSAP requirements and the thoroughly "Prevention is its own science" feel of the screens. We then tried to stump the experts (Dr. Zhang) and come up with scenarios the KIT system could not handle. Instead we were stumped. The KIT system was smart and flexible enough to handle all our questions and then some. Since signing on to a ten-site pilot study in Florida, KIT Solutions has been very responsive to the nuances of our prevention requirements. Staff at KIT is bright, quick, and prevention oriented. I feel very good about investing our scarce prevention dollars in this reporting and data tracking system.

I think KIT Prevention is one of the most exciting parts of the Governor's Cooperative Agreement for Prevention. The system blends advanced prevention knowledge and user-friendly information management better than I ever could have imagined. Our community coalition representatives seem very confident in their ability to use the KIT Prevention System after a short training, and they immediately recognized the many advantages of the system. Perhaps most of all, we are excited about the opportunity to work with the support staff to customize the system as new needs and advances arise.
